Basic information:

Training is conducted at Skin Essentials, Liverpool Sydney on Mondays/ Tuesdays unless otherwise stated.

To be a model for anti wrinkle treatment (full face) average investment is ~ $600 non refundable and prepaid if chosen

To be a model for dermal fillers (full face) average investment is ~ $2000 non refundable and prepaid if chosen.

What is involved:

Training is for other healthcare professionals who will inject you under Dr Imaan's guidance.
Being a model will get you discount prices NOT free treatment, prepaid in full if chosen and non refundable including for change of mind.
You must give full consent for your photos, videos and other media to be used on social media as we see fit, in clinic and anywhere else for the next 5 years from the date of training.
You must be ok with everything we suggest within the limits of your budget.
There is no guarantee of being chosen, or when as this will depend on opportunities as they come up.
